But such people who do not have any sleep disorders must not use this drug to hold off or delay their sleepiness.

How to take this drug?

·         You can take this drug either with or without food. But never take this pill with alcohol as it can result in some harmful consequences.

·         Taking it in the morning normally helps. Those who have narcolepsy or OSA syndrome should take it once in the morning and the benefits would last the whole day.

·         This pill has a half-life of 12 hours approximately. So, never take it later in the day as it may make you insomniac.

·         Those people who work in night shifts or early morning shifts should take this medication an hour before their shift starts.

·         You must inform your doctor about any drugs if you are using currently. Also, provide him/her with details on your medical history (reports of past illnesses) before taking this pill. After analyzing such information and after checking-up your health condition can a doctor prescribe you the right dosage information. Keep going for monthly or weekly check-ups as you are told.

Modafinil is a controlled drug that is available only with prescriptions in the United States. To purchase Modafinil online, however,  you won’t need a prescription.
