Tramadol
is a narcotic or opioid pain
reliever that helps to treat moderate to moderately severe pain. This
painkiller works quite like morphine. It binds to the receptors (narcotic or
opioid) in our brain that are responsible for transmitting the pain sensations
from all throughout the body to the brain. It blocks the pain sensation that
the nerves send to the brain. It changes the way a person behaves and responds
to the brain. This drug is narcotic and addictive. Misuse of this painkiller
should be highly avoided as it can be life-threatening for the user.
